To mark its first collaboration with theVerdun Triathlon, the Douglas Foundation invites you to a 5 à 7 where experts will share their most inspiring experiences in the highly competitive world of triathlon. In addition, Douglas Institute specialists will discuss the essential links between physical and mental health!

OUR SPEAKERS:

Cycle Technique (cycletechnique.com):
  • Gilbert Ayoub, Chief Coach, has over 20 years of experience as a coach multisport, and owner of Cycle Technique;
  • Tony O'Keeffe, accumulating over 25 years of experience in international races from the top level triathletes and coach in the Canadian Forces.

Douglas Mental Health University Institute (douglas.qc.ca):
  • Jennifer Tremblay-Mercier, Research Coordinator at Centre StoP-Alzheimer Clinic;
  • Dorita Shemie, Member of the Eating Disorder Program.

In addition, Ghislain Melançon and Danick Charpentier, organizers of Verdun Triathlon-Desjardins and Phoenix Triathlon members will be present to talk about the upcoming triathlon of 9 August, and next year’s 2016!!!
